While we provide expertly presented, tailored In-House programs for both the Interview Workshop and Performance Management programs, some clients prefer to use their own trainers to present the program. Both programs are available in a packaged version enabling organizations to use their own trainers to present the program. The Trainer Certification Program design ensures quality control and consistency of instruction.

Using your own trainers will enable you to have the flexibility to present the program economically, at a time and place of your choosing, in a variety of schedules and with a group as small as six and as large as twenty-one.

Swan Consultants will:

• License your organization to deliver the program internally. 

• Train and certify your instructors to deliver the program.

• Provide workshop materials and Participant Manuals, which are periodically updated.

• Provide on-going support and coaching to your certified instructors.

Swan also offers an optional module on Campus Interviewing, which expands on skills developed in the How To Pick The Right People workshop.
